Welcome to VITUSHI. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the VITUSHI website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Terms

Customers may be required to provide information such as their name, email address, phone number and shipping address when placing an order or creating an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is correct.

You must not use another person's account or information without authorization. VITUSHI reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the VITUSHI website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers and product availability may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment Options

VITUSHI currently offers:

Prepaid Payment: The full order amount is paid at the time of placing the order using the payment methods available at checkout.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): Customers may pay a specified portion of the order value in advance, with the remaining amount payable at the time of delivery.

VITUSHI does not offer full Cash on Delivery, where the entire order amount is payable only upon delivery.

The applicable advance amount and remaining payable amount will be displayed at checkout wherever Partial COD is available.

Orders will be processed only after the required payment or advance payment has been successfully received.

3. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, colours, descriptions and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography, lighting conditions and differences in individual device or screen settings.

As sarees are textile products, minor variations in weave, texture, embroidery, print, finish or appearance may naturally occur. Such variations may be considered characteristics of the product and not manufacturing defects.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, pricing or other website content.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on the VITUSHI website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability.

You may receive an order confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance if there is an issue with availability, payment or other order information.

VITUSHI reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:

• The product is unavailable.

• There is an error in the product description or pricing.

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information has been provided.

• A transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

• We are unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 8–10 working days from order confirmation.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 5–6 working days, depending on the destination and courier operations.

The overall estimated timeline from placing an order to delivery is therefore generally 13–16 working days.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

VITUSHI accepts exchanges only for genuine manufacturing defects or damage received with the order, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition is mandatory for damage or defect claims.

The saree must remain unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Colour preference

• Minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting or screen settings

• Normal variations in weave, texture or finish

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or otherwise used

• Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the VITUSHI website or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems or accounts.

• Interfere with the security or operation of our website.

• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses or harmful code.

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use VITUSHI's photographs, logo, branding, designs, text or other content without written permission.

• Use the website to conduct fraudulent transactions or activities.

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the website or its services.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these provisions.

All content on the VITUSHI website, including the VITUSHI name, logo, photographs, product images, graphics, text, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VITUSHI unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VITUSHI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

VITUSHI shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events, public holidays, technical failures, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
